    By stream lining a manual process APMT Mumbai aims to increase the ease of doing business. Reaching out to the broader local shipping community, APMT Mumbai’s Commercial, Finance, IT and Operations Team held a two-day workshop with customer base spanning shipping lines, NVOCC’s, LSC and CFS’s wherein various features of our internet portal including the newly established ASR feature were highlighted. We also took this opportunity to address customer queries and concerns on the spot and we gladly took home customer feedback of additional services / IT enablers which will be worked on further. Our customers who attended the workshop appreciated the joint efforts of various functions of APMT Mumbai. It is always a delight to experience high levels of customer engagement.
